A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Please note that this is a regional area and the services can be overloaded and slower during peak times.
Utilities
Fuse Box : Located next to the bathroom door on the wall.
Meter Box: In meter room behind the stairs on west side of building.
Water Mains: Located outside unit 9, is for all units.
Gas Bottles: NA
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.
Heating and Hot Water
Heating
- Electric Rinnai wall mounted heaters in all 3 rooms and hallway
- To use: Turn on the switch on the right hand side, press the power button, and set the temperature.
- A red light appears under “on” when it is set
- Gold air Electric fireplace
- To use:
- Turn on the power switch on top of the unit
- Select 1800w or 900w for heat
- Use I/O button for fire display

Hot Water
An electric hot water system is located in the cupboard in the bathroom.

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

- Standard operation: turn the dial to the cycle and press start
- Technika Electric Oven
- Standard operation: Turn dials for function, temperature and timer
- The timer needs to be on to operate the oven

- Standard operation: Turn dial for desired element
TV and Audio
Television/DVD
- JVC TV wall mounted, with regular channels, USB and HDMI ports
- Use source to navigate
- Panasonic sound bar connected to TV
- Use Panasonic remote (marked “Panasonic Theatre System) to adjust volume
- Press the button marked “Optical” – there will be a small delay and sound bar will start working
- Is sound goes off when shifting between channels & source, simply press the “Optical” button again
- Chromecast
- TCL Smart TV in bedroom 3 with regular channels, streaming apps, HDMI and AV ports

Bathroom and Laundry
Bathrooms
- The main bathroom has a shower over the bath with a detachable shower head, a toilet, sink, and 2 heated towel rails
- The laundry has an extra toilet
Laundry
- Accessories in laundry include iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and clothes drying rack

- To use:
- Select power
- Select >> (arrows) to select program/length of cycle
- Use up/down buttons to adjust water temperature, level and spin speed if desired

- Select + / – to set temperature and dryness
- Close door and press start
- Please note, owners have tried to get another electrical line to unit but are at capacity, often when all heaters are on and you turn on the dryer it may trip the power. It can be turned back on at fuse box

Drying Area
- Open built-in robe inside the door from the garage with hooks for hanging
- The garage is used for storage and includes:
- Hanging racks for bikes
- Large storage space
- Reverse cycle air conditioner
- Additional fridge for guest use
Outdoor
BBQ on back balcony with town and nature views
- Jumbuck BBQ
- To use: turn on at the gas bottle, push the burner dial in to light, and turn to increase/decrease
The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.
If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

- 2 small quarter steps, one from parking and one as walking through the gate

Garbage and Recycling
Garbage
- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata
Recycling collection
- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
