We can’t wait to have you stay with us. To help you hit the ground running and make the most of your time in the Snowy Mountains, we’ve pulled together a few quick highlights worth sorting out before you arrive — from lift tickets and ski hire to where to shop and dine. A little planning ahead means more time enjoying your holiday and less time sorting logistics once you’re here.

Make the most of your stay — a few local tips
Ski Resort Tickets: Accommodation Jindabyne isn’t affiliated with the ski resorts, so you’ll need to book your lift tickets directly. We’d recommend booking early to lock in your preferred days:

Ski Hire: We partner closely with The Base Ski Hire over winter, and booking through us gets you a 20% discount. To arrange your gear, call The Base on (02) 6456 2777 to make an appointment.
Shopping: We recommend doing your grocery shopping on your way into town, before you arrive. Jindabyne’s Woolworths gets very busy in winter, and stocking up beforehand means more time enjoying your holiday and less time queuing for dinner or midnight snacks.
Dining: Jindabyne has some fantastic local restaurants — to support them (and avoid disappointment), we’d suggest booking ahead. And if your first pick is full while you’re here, take it as the perfect excuse to try somewhere new!
FAQ’s
Yes every property includes linen. Every bed is triple sheeted, bath mats, hand towels, towels and tea towels are also included. If you have a favourite pillow or blanket we recommend bringing them down to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Each property comes with a starter pack of amenities. For longer stays or larger groups we recommend bringing your own amenities down to Jindabyne.
During Winter (June long weekend – October long weekend) all keys are to be collected from The Base Ski Hire – they are located at Shop 4 in Town Center just a few shops down from our office. During the Summer months keys are to be collected from Jindabyne Real Estate Office at Shop 12a Town Centre.
Yes. If you wish to nominate someone in your group to pick up keys please send us an email/message with their full name and mobile number.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in time however as soon as a property is released back to us from our cleaners we will let you know – we try our best to get our guests into their accommodation as soon as we can.
Winter: 4pm check-in
Summer: 2pm check-in
The online registration includes our terms and conditions. We need guests to sign off on these and provide a valid copy of their ID and credit card. The ID must match the name the booking is under and the credit card is the nominated card to be used for your pre-authorisation/security bond. We provide a breakdown of the security precautions taken in this process but fully understand if you do not feel comfortable uploading an ID/credit card. If this is the case please give us a call on 02 6456 2216.

our pre-authorisation or security bond is a pending charge. This amount is never debited unless you are charged for damages/excess cleaning. Once you have departed the property and it has been inspected & cleared the pending charge will be released. The pending charge will then simply disappear from your bank statements.
The Snowy Mountain Bus Service is proudly operated in partnership with Transport for NSW, offering a reliable, safe link to the slopes.
The service operates 7 days a week, picking up passengers in Jindabyne and providing direct routes to both Perisher and Thredbo resorts. With convenient connecting services via East Jindabyne, Tyrolean Village and Cooma (via Berridale), and free parking at The Station Resort.
Services start from 6 June and run to 4 October 2026, with passes to suit everyone’s needs from single day tickets, 3-day passes and a season pass.
