Shopping: Accommodation Jindabyne recommends that any grocery shopping is done prior to your arrival in Jindabyne on your way here. Jindabyne Woolworths can often run out of stock or have large lines due to winter traffic. We would prefer you spend your time enjoying your holiday rather than waiting in line to buy dinner or midnight snacks.
Dining: If you would like to support the fantastic local businesses around Jindabyne, we ask that you call in advance and book. If your favorite restaurant is full for your time down here please do not be disheartened and maybe, it’s the chance to try something new! See our
FAQ’s
Yes every property includes linen. Every bed is triple sheeted, bath mats, hand towels, towels and tea towels are also included. If you have a favourite pillow or blanket we recommend bringing them down to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Each property comes with a starter pack of amenities. For longer stays or larger groups we recommend bringing your own amenities down to Jindabyne.
During Winter (June long weekend – October long weekend) all keys are to be collected from The Base Ski Hire – they are located at Shop 4 in Town Center just a few shops down from our office. During the Summer months keys are to be collected from Jindabyne Real Estate Office at Shop 12a Town Centre.
Yes. If you wish to nominate someone in your group to pick up keys please send us an email/message with their full name and mobile number.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in time however as soon as a property is released back to us from our cleaners we will let you know – we try our best to get our guests into their accommodation as soon as we can.
Winter: 4pm check-in
Summer: 2pm check-in
The online registration includes our terms and conditions. We need guests to sign off on these and provide a valid copy of their ID and credit card. The ID must match the name the booking is under and the credit card is the nominated card to be used for your pre-authorisation/security bond. We provide a breakdown of the security precautions taken in this process but fully understand if you do not feel comfortable uploading an ID/credit card. If this is the case please give us a call on 02 6456 2216.

our pre-authorisation or security bond is a pending charge. This amount is never debited unless you are charged for damages/excess cleaning. Once you have departed the property and it has been inspected & cleared the pending charge will be released. The pending charge will then simply disappear from your bank statements.
