A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located on the left-hand side at the top of the stairs by the kitchen.

Meter Box: Located in switchboard cupboard at side entry to units 1, 2, 5 & 6.

Water Mains: Located in nature strip on the Kurrajong Street side.

Gas Bottles – NA

 If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

  • Reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living area
  • Wall mounted electric heater in bedroom 1 + column heater
  • Wall mounted electric heater in bedroom 2
  • Wall mounted electric heater in bed 3 + column heater

Electric hot water system located in kitchen cupboard next to fridge

  • Main bathroom on the third level with a shower, vanity and  toilet
    • Column heater and wall mounted pull string electric heater
  • Ensuite bathroom on the first level with a shower, vanity and toilet
    • Wall mounted Skope heater

Laundry 

  • Haier Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press power
      • Select a water temperature with buttons
      • Select water level with buttons
      • Turn the dial to cycle
      • Press start
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: use dial for dry time, toggle for warm/ hot, close door and push button in to start

Small BBQ on balcony with seating, lake, mountain & town views

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

 

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 allocated undercover parking spaces
  • Carpark has a 2.4m height clearance

Stairs to access

  • 16 stairs from the carpark to the front door
  • 6 stairs from the front door to the living area
  • 8 stairs from the living area to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling collection

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
