A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Water Mains – Water access in bedroom 2 with the hot water system
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

- Electric wall mounted heaters in bedrooms, on timers
- Goldair heater in living room, use buttons on right hand side to adjust
Hot water
- Electric hot water tank located in cupboard of Bedroom 2, the system heats the whole tank over a few hours so be mindful of long showers

- Standard operation: Turn dial to select dry time, one side for warm, the other side for hot, close door to start and press in button

- Locked storage room located in the entry from the carpark, to the right of the stairs.
- Hanging space for helmets, gloves jackets
- Lights are motion censored and heater is on a timer, press button to activate
Outdoor
BBQ
- Gas BBQ on pergola
The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may be present.
If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Garbage and Recycling

- Bin enclosure is located at the bottom of the driveway, to the right hand side of the mailboxes
- Collection Friday mornings
- Red wheelie bins to be put out by Strata
Recycling collection
- Pick up every 2nd Friday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by Strata
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
