A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

There is an ADSL broadband connection point on the kitchen bench or use the Wi-Fi iiNet connection.

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box
Meter Box: Located left hand on the side of the house
Water Mains: Located street side on the right hand side of the yard on boundary
Gas Bottles: Located on right hand side of the property
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.
Heating and Hot Water
Heating
- Electric heating throughout
- To use the wall heaters: move the side switch to ‘O’. A red light will come on
- The main heater in the living room is set on a timer. It will come on at 3:30 pm, turn off at 11:45 pm, and then from 5:00 am to 9:30 am. Please do not change the settings
- The bathroom has underfloor heating which will come on between 5:00 am to 10:00 am and then again at 2:00 pm-11:00 pm in winter
- This temperature is set at beginning of winter and cannot be adjusted

- To use: turn the dial to the cycle and press start

- Standard operation: Turn dials for temperature, timer and function
- Elba Gas Stove Top
- Standard operation: press the dial down and turn to heat, gas will self-ignite
TV and Audio

- Panasonic TV with a Sony DVD Player in the lounge room
- To watch a DVD: On the TV remote press AV (top right), then select AV1
- TCL TV in bedroom 2
Bathroom and Laundry

- Adjust water temperature and water level if required

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.
If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
