A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located on the left wall inside the laundry cupboard

Meter Box : Located on the northern-faced wall at the back of the building

Water Mains: Located at the front of the property, on the left hand side

Gas Bottles: Gas hot water system and gas bottles located on the right hand side of the house

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Supaheat Gas Heater
    • To use:
      • On top of the unit press down on the ‘Pilot/IGN’ button to turn it on
      • Set the temperature with the side nozzle
      • To turn it off, press down on the ‘Pilot/IGN’ button
      • Keep a safe distance from the heater as flames will ignite

Hot Water

  • A gas hot water system is located on the left hand side of the house

    • To use:
      • Select on
      • Press P button to select cycle
      • Press start

    • To use:
      • Turn the timer on (it won’t heat without the timer on)
      • Turn the dial to the function required
      • Turn the dial to the desired temperature
      • Make sure ‘HOB’ button is switched on between the oven and hot plates before using
  • Everdure Electric Stove Top
    • 4 elements
    • Standard operation: turn dials for desired element
    • Make sure ‘HOB’ button is switched on between the oven and hot plates before using

Television/DVD

  • LG flat screen TV with USB and HDMI ports
  • Panasonci DVD player
  • To watch a DVD: On the TV remote select source (top right of the remote) then select AV DVD

Audio

  • LG CD Player
    • To use: power on with the remote and press the function button to change from CD, tape and radio

2 Bathrooms

  • The ensuite has a shower, toilet, vanity and heated towel racks
  • The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, vanity and heated towel racks

Laundry

  • LG Washing/Dryer
    • To use the washing machine:
      • Press the power button
      • Turn the dial to the cycle option desired
      • Press the arrow to start
    • To use the dryer:
      • Press the power button
      • Press the dryer option
      • Turn the dial to the desired time
      • Press the dryer option again
      • Press the arrow to start

Drying Area

  • A drying area is in the front entry with a boot dryer and laundry facilities

The laundry combines as a dry room and storage at the front entry with a boot dryer, shelves and hanging space.

Free standing home featuring rear deck with seating and BBQ.

Unfenced property with gardens and flat grass backyard.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Stairs to access

  • 3 stairs to enter the property

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guest

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
