A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

The router is located under the kitchen bench in the cupboard under the toaster facing the dining table.


Fuse Box: Located at the front entry, on the same wall as the front door.

Meter Box: Located opposite unit 3 & 4 in the garden.

Water Mains: Located opposite unit 5 & 6 in the garden bed.

Gas Bottles: Gas mains are located in garden at the front of the unit, to the left of the carport.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

    • Can be turned on by the remote control on the wall

Please remember to turn off the air-conditioning and heating when you leave to help minimise energy waste.

    • To connect to other services (Disney+, Amazon Prime etc) simply login with your own details and logout when you leave.

Wireless charging pads are located throughout the house for your use. Please don’t remove these. USB ports are co-located on the powerpoints.

Boot Dryer/ Wet Room

Please scrape outdoor shoes and hiking boots at the front door before you enter.

The boot dryer is located under the bench in the wet-room as your enter the house. Please take off damp / wet snow and hiking boots here and place a plastic tube into each boot. Turn on the power to start the fan, and leave to run overnight to dry boots before the next use. 

Jackets can be hung on the clothes rail above the bench, gloves and googles can be hung on the hooks above the laundry bench.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

  • Located at the back of the property in the roller door
  • Use small key on your key ring to unlock
    • Ensure you remove the key before lifting the roller door to avoid key breakages
    • Charges may apply to remove snapped keys from the lock and to replace the key
    • When opening the storage, you’ll need to push down slightly with your foot on the door to ease turning the key.
  • Inside you’ll find 4x Steady Racks to store bikes and a fold-away bench for waxing snowboards, and tools for bike, ski or board repairs.

  • 4 external stairs from carport to entrance
  • 12 wooden stairs from ground level with bedrooms to upstairs living level

  • Watch the neighbours for reference

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
