A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located in the bedroom on the wall above the coat hooks

Meter Box: Located on right hand side of property

Water Mains: Located on right hand side of driveway by the road

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating

  • Column heater in the bedroom
  • Electric blanket on double bed
  • Wall heater in the loungeroom
    • To use:
      • Turn on
      • Turn the dial to adjust the temperature
      • Press in the button above heater to start

Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • IKEA Dishwasher
    • Hidden as a cupboard on the left hand side of the sink.
    • To use:
      • Open the door
      • Use button on the right hand side to turn on/ off
      • Press the programs button to select a program
      • Press start and close the door
  • IKEA Electric Oven
    • Standard operation: Use dials to select function, temperature and timer if desired
  • Glass Electric Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Use dials for desired element

Television/DVD

  • Hisense Smart TV with regular channels, streaming apps and HDMI ports
    • Use app buttons or input button to move between regular TV and HDMI

Bathroom

  • 1 bathroom combined with Laundry with a shower and a toilet

Laundry 

  • Combined in bathroom
  • Electrolux Washer/Dryer
    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Use dial to select cycle
      • Can adjust temperature by pressing Temp button
      • Use mode button to select wash & dry, wash or dry

Balcony with seating, views and BBQ

  • 4 burner gas BBQ on the balcony

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double carport with 2.5m clearance
  • Steep driveway to battle-axe style block

Stairs to access

  • 15 external stairs from the carport to the front door

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guests

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guests

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
