A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box

Meter Box: Located on the exterior left-hand side wall of the property

Water Mains: Located on Nettin Circuit side of house, in garden behind the hot water system

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Electric fireplace in the lounge
    • To operate: the remote is located on the side of the unit
      • For flame effect, press button 1 once
      • For lower heat press button 1 again
      • For higher heat press button 1 again
      • To turn it off press button O
  • Reverse cycle air conditioning in living area
  • Electric Siemens wall mounted heaters in bedrooms
  • Heated flooring downstairs on the tile area and bathroom
    • The heated flooring is set and cannot be adjusted
  • Ceiling fans upstairs in kitchen and living

Hot Water

  • Electric system located outside on the right hand side of the house

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Dishlex Dishwasher
    • To use: press the on/off button, turn the dial to cycle, and then press start
  • Linea Electric Oven
    • To use:
      • Use dial on the left for timer – this must be on to operate
      • Use 2 dials on the right for temp and mode
  • Linea Glass Electric Stove Top
    • 4 elements, standard use dials for desired element and temperature

Television/DVD

  • Samsung Smart TV in the lounge room
    • To use:
      • The remote plugs into the USB cord to charge
      • Press power
      • Home
      • Move the cursor to Live TV
      • Press enter
    • Reclining sofa is electric and needs to be plugged in
  • Bedroom 1: Panasonic TV with regular channels and Sony DVD player
  • Bedroom 2: Panasonic TV with regular channels and Samsung DVD player

 

Audio

  • Panasonic CD Player and radio

Bathroom

  • One bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and vanity
  • Heated towel rail

Laundry located in kitchen cupboard

  • Fisher & Paykel Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press on/off
      • Turn the dial to the desired cycle
      • Press start
  • Fisher & Paykel Dryer
    • To use:
      • Press on button
      • Use dial to select desired cycle
      • Close door and press start

Drying Area

  • A drying cupboard is located underneath the stairs.
    • The fan will start automatically if the humidity gets too high
    • Dial is for humidity control – please do not touch
  • Siemens heater is mounted on wall
  • Hanging space for clothes

Balcony is upstairs  off loungeroom with mountain and lake views

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 off-street outdoor parking spaces

Stairs to access

  • Approximately 12 stairs from the ground level to the upper living area level

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling collection

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
