A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Water Mains:
Gas Bottles: Located on the left hand side of property, at the back of the drying room shed.
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Property located on acreage with beautiful valley and mountain views and river running through property.
BBQ located on balcony, Spa located along path (see more details for the Spa in additional tab)
The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.
If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us on and we can provide you details on accessing the spare gas bottle.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This property is rural and you may encounter wildlife including snakes.
- Please ensure you keep all doors/screens closed to dry room and property
Spa
Outdoor Spa
- Do not adjust temperature – The spa takes 12-18 hours to achieve the set temperature of 39 degrees

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The spa lid MUST be closed and tied down when not in use – The Snowy Mountain Region regularly experiences strong winds, failure to do so may incur excess charges
- Excess cleaning charges will apply if the spa needs to be cleared of debris outside of the reasonable amount
Dry room
Drying room located to the left of the carport with hanging space and an electric heater.
Please remember to turn the heater off when not in use.
Parking and Accessibility
Parking/Garage (boat/cars)
- Carport with 2 spaces, plus 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway
Stairs (to property and inside property)
- 2 stairs from carport to entry door, 2 stairs from kitchen area to living area and main bedroom, 1 large step from back balcony to yard
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage & Recycling collection
- Bins are located in the carport next to the dry room shed
- Please ensure all rubbish is removed from inside the house and placed in bins provided
- Bins are emptied by caretaker
Please let us know if you notice that the bins are full so we can organise collection outside of schedule.
