A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located just inside the front door on your left.

Meter Box: Located in complex electrical Room.

Gas Bottles: N/A

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

 

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Reverse cycle air conditioning located in living area that heats or cools the entire apartment.
  • Ceiling fan in the loft bedroom.

Hot water system

Hot water system is located in a small cupboard in the kitchen, beside the fridge.

Please note this is a small system and will re-heat overnight.

    • To use: Select input button to change from HDMI back to DTV

  • Bathroom with shower and vanity combined with laundry
  • Separate toilet – please note the light switch for the toilet is the bathroom light
  • Table top ironing board and brand new iron
  • Brand new hairdryer

Laundry – combined with bathroom

  • Bosch Washer/Dryer

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Parking lot is accessed from Park Road
  • No allocated parking
  • Car parking at the rear of the Razorback Apartments in the public carpark

Stairs for access

  • Best access door is located in the walkway between the car park and Gippsland Street
  • 20 Stairs are required to access the unit from the carpark
  • 12 Stairs from living area to bedroom loft

Garbage & Recycling

  • Red & Yellow bins are found on your way to the car, through the walkway between Gippsland street and the parking lot

 

 

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
