A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located just inside the front door on your right

Meter Box: Located in complex electrical Room.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

 

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

Portable electric heaters located in living room and in bedroom

Hot water system

Hot water system is located in a small cupboard in the kitchen, beside the fridge.

The electric hot water system will heat up overnight and should provide hot water for 20-25 minutes. If the shower has been used for more than 25 minutes and the hot water has run out, you will have to wait for the tank to reheat overnight.

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Simpson Electric Oven
    • Standard operation: Turn 3 dials on the right hand side for temperature, timer and grill mode
  • Simpson Electric Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Use dials on the left to control desired element

Television/DVD

  • Soniq TV with regular channels and inbuilt DVD player in the lounge room
    • To watch a DVD: on the TV remote, press source and select DVD

1 Bathroom

  • 1 bathroom with shower and vanity combined with laundry
  • Separate toilet

Laundry – combined with bathroom

  • Hoover washing machine
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to select the water level
      • Turn the dial to select the water temperature
      • Turn the dial to select the cycle
      • Pull out the cycle button to start
  • Hoover Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn dial for cycle, press start

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Parking lot is accessed from Park Road
  • No allocated parking
  • Car parking at the rear of the Razorback Apartments in the public carpark

Stairs for access

  • Best access door is located in the walkway between the car park and Gippsland Street
  • 20 Stairs are required to access the unit from the carpark
  • 12 Stairs from living area to bedroom loft

Garbage & Recycling

  • Red & Yellow bins are found on your way to the car, through the walkway between Gippsland street and the parking lot

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
