A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Wood fireplace in loungeroom
    • Wood is not included in your stay, it can be purchased at Mitre 10, Woolworths or the service stations
  • Electric heater in living area
  • Main bedroom has a Nobo wall heater
    • Temperature controls on top of the heater, on/off switch on the right hand side
  • Second bedroom has an electric heater with a remote
    • Use on/off on the front of the heater or on the remote
    • Check if heater is on C or F for temperature
    • Additional on/off switch down the bottom left hand side

Hot Water

An electric hot water system is located at the back of Unit 1 downstairs.

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • Standard operation: turn dial on the left to select mode and right dial for temperature

    • Standard operation: turn dial for desired element and heat control

  • Samsung TV in the living area with regular channels
  • LG DVD Player

  • Small iPod dock/clock radio

Bathroom combined Laundry

  • The main bathroom has a shower and toilet
  • Simpson Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to select cycle
      • Adjust the water temperature and level if required
      • Press the start button
  • Westinghouse Dryer
    • Standard operation: turn the dial to select cycle, close the door fully and press the play button
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Vacuum
  • Clothes horse

Drying Area

The entry has seating, hooks and space for drying boots, clothes and storing skis.

Front balcony with seating which is great for the morning sun.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Two car parking spaces
    • One outdoor parking spot to the right hand side of the building
    • Second parking spot in the car port with height clearance of 2.2M
      • Please note this can be tight to get into

Stairs to access

  • 15 stairs to the front door
  • No stairs once inside

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by strata

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
