A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

- Wood fireplace in loungeroom
- Wood is not included in your stay, it can be purchased at Mitre 10, Woolworths or the service stations
- Electric heater in living area
- Main bedroom has a Nobo wall heater
- Temperature controls on top of the heater, on/off switch on the right hand side
- Second bedroom has an electric heater with a remote
- Use on/off on the front of the heater or on the remote
- Check if heater is on C or F for temperature
- Additional on/off switch down the bottom left hand side

An electric hot water system is located at the back of Unit 1 downstairs.

The entry has seating, hooks and space for drying boots, clothes and storing skis.

Front balcony with seating which is great for the morning sun.

- One outdoor parking spot to the right hand side of the building
- Second parking spot in the car port with height clearance of 2.2M
- Please note this can be tight to get into
Stairs to access
- 15 stairs to the front door
- No stairs once inside
Garbage and Recycling

- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins to be put out by strata
Recycling
- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
