A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Ducted air conditioning – control panel outside laundry
    • To use
      • Press on
      • Select mode to select heating or cooling
      • Back arrow to return
      • Select temperature to adjust
  • Reverse cycle in all upstairs bedrooms
    • Standard remote operation
  • Wall mounted electric heaters throughout

Gas hot water located through rear gate on left hand side of house

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Slow cooker
  • Delonghi pod machine and milk frother
    • Small pods required

Appliances

  • Bosch Dishwasher
    • Standard operation: Press the power button, press button for desired wash cycle, press start
  • Blanco oven
    • To use:
      • Turn right dial to desired function
      • Left dial flicks to increase or decrease temperature
      • Left dial presses in for other options
      • If door is locked – please press left dial in until red lock indicator disappears
        • The lock will release slowly – please avoid pulling door to avoid damage
  • Blanco Gas Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Hold down and twist desired element dial to the left, flame will ignite

Television

Living room

  •  TLC TV with HDMI ports
    • Use source button to navigate regular TV & HDMI
    • Home will let you navigate to streaming apps
    • Please remember to sign out before leaving

Upstairs living room

2.5 Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and a toilet
  • The ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity
  • There is an additional separate toilet downstairs with vanity

Laundry

  • Bosch Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to cycle
      • Press the start button
  • Bosch Dryer
    • To use
    • turn dial to desired dry cycle
    • press play

 

The laundry doubles a drying room with heater.

The cupboard has a fan for ventilation and switch is inside on the left hand side.

 

Fully fenced back yard with two decks, small grassed area and BBQ.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

  • Height restriction of 2.1m for garage
  • Additional car can be parked outside of the front door and garage

Stairs to access

  • There are 5 stairs from driveway to entrance
  • There are 16 stairs to the upstairs

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guests

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guests

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
