A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Water Mains: Located to the right hand side of bin enclosure in the trees

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.
Heating and Hot Water
Heating
- Gas fireplace in the living room
- To use:
- Plug in
- Turn on from the switch under the cover on the bottom of the heater
- Ensure gas is turned on at the back
- To use:
- A portable heater in the main bedroom – heat from fireplace keeps bedroom warm when on
- Wall mounted Siemens heater in bedrooms 2 and 3 – wall mounted Siemens same with downstairs bedroom

- A gas hot water system is located at the back of each unit.

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
