Heating and Hot Water


  • Rinnai gas fireplace in the living area
    • To use:
      • Press the button on the left side of the wall to start the timer
      • Hold down the igniter – you will see flames after a short period
      • Please leave on setting 1 or 2, as setting 3 will time out faster.
  • Electric heaters in the bedrooms
    • Main bedroom – Atlantic heater
    • Bed 2 – Polo heater
    • Bed 3 – polo heater
  • The upstairs heaters are set to 2 hour time limit
  • The downstairs heaters turn off at 9 am and on at 5 pm
  • Reverse cycle air conditioner in living area – this is on a 2 hour timer

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
