A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box

Meter Box: Located between parking space and front door

Water Mains: Located right hand side of driveway at top of crest, in middle of garden

Gas Bottles: Located out the front beside the car spaces

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.


Heating and Hot Water


  • Reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room
  • Electric heater in the laundry
  • Electric heaters in all bedrooms
  • Gas heating in the dining room
    • Open flap towards bottom of heater  and switch both switches on

Instantaneous gas hot water system located just outside the external laundry door on wall

    • To use: press the on button, select the cycle, and press start

      • Hold down the lock/unlock button
      • Select the desired element and use the +/- buttons for temperature
      • Cookware must be on element to heat
  •  Electrolux Oven
    • To use:
      • Use the left-hand side dial for mode
      • Use the right-hand dial for the temperature


  • Hisense TV in living area with regular channels and streaming apps
    • HDMI ports
    • Use input to go back to TV/ HDMI
  • DVD player
  • Samsung TV in bedroom 3 with regular channels and streaming apps
  • Please remember to sig out of any streaming apps

  • The main bathroom has a standalone shower, vanity and toilet
  • The second bathroom is combined in laundry and has a standalone shower and toilet

    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Use the dial to select desired cycle
      • Use the buttons for temperature/spin speed
      • Press the start button
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Use the dial for the desired dry time, shut the door and press the button on the handle to start

Drying area

Combined inside the large laundry, there is a heater, shelving and collapsible hanger

Two full length balconies with lake views. One off the loungeroom and the other off the large bedroom with 3 single beds. Small patio area with seating for 2 at the entrance.


Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 allocated outdoor, off-street parking spaces on a slope

Stairs to access

  • 15 stairs from the living area to the bedrooms


  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests


  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guests
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
