A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located in the garage near the roller door

Meter Box:

Water Mains: Located on the left hand side of front door in garden

Gas Bottles: Large gas bottle located behind the visitor parking to the left hand side of unit 1.

Gas Regulator: Located on the left hand side of front door in garden

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Mitsubishi Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning in living room
    • Standard remote operation
      • Mode – Sun for heat and snowflake for cooling
      • Adjust temperature with arrows
  • Rinnai Gas heater in living area
    • To use: press the on/off button and you will hear the heater ignite, you should feel hot air blowing out of the bottom within 10 seconds
  • Heated floors in the bathrooms
    • Turn dial to adjust,
    • Leaving at 20 degrees will keep the floor warm without overheating
    • Please do not adjust higher than 35 degrees and turn down when not using
  • Nobo wall mounted heaters in the bedrooms

Hot Water

  • An instant gas hot water system is located on the left hand side of the property

Kitchen

Newly renovated kitchen which is stocked with all the basic amenities such as:

  • Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Air Fryer
  • Nespresso coffee pod machine

Appliances

  • Westinghouse Dishwasher
    • To use:
      • Turn dial to desired cycle
      • Press play to start
  • Linea Oven
    • Standard operation: Use dials for function, temperature and timer.
  • Bosch Glass Stove Top
    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Touch the desired element to select
      • Use the +/- button to adjust temperature
      • When finished you can lock the cooktop by holding the power and lock button for 5 seconds

Television

  • Hisense Smart TV with USB & HDMI port in the living
    • Use home button to navigate between live TV and streaming apps
  • Sansai sound bar

 

Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom on the 2nd level has a bath, shower, vanity, toilet and underfloor heating
  • Ensuite off the main bedroom on the ground level with a shower, vanity, toilet and underfloor heating

Laundry

  • Simpson Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn dial to select cycle
      • Press start
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: use dial for dry time and press start

 

Small balcony off the living area with seating and BBQ. Beautiful bush and grassy views.

Small patio off main bedroom with seating.

 

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double tandem garage with remote and internal access
  • Garage height clearance of 2.1m may not accommodate vehicles with a POD on top
  • Garage length is 10m long and may only accommodate 2 small/medium cars
  • Vehicles are under no circumstances allowed to be parked in front of garages. They need to be inside or parked on the street. Fines and wheel clamping may occur for non-compliance

Stairs to access

  • 2 external stairs from the garage to the front door
  • 5 steps from entry to main bedroom
  • 10 carpeted stairs from living to bedrooms and bathrooms

Bins are located at the front of the complex along the fence line.

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
