A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box : Located to the right hand side of unit 10, beside the bins.

Water Mains: Located at the left hand side  of the property, beside the visitor parking.

Gas Bottles: Large gas bottle located behind the visitor parking to the left hand side of unit 1.

Gas Regulator: Unit 1 regulator located on left hand side of property by visitor parking.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water


  • Rinnai Gas heater in the lounge room with remote control
    • To use: power on, then use the buttons to adjust the temperature
  • Electric Nobo heaters in bedrooms
    • To use: use the switch to turn on, then use the dial to adjust the temperature
  • Siemens wall mounted hard wired heater in living room

Hot Water

  • A gas hot water system is located by the water tank, outside the laundry door



The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • To use:
      • Power to turn on
      • Press the program button until you get your desired program
      • Press start

    • Standard operation: use dials to select function, temperature and timer
    • Timer does not have to be on to start
  • Linea Gap Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Press the dial in for desired element and twist to ignite and control heat


  • LG Flat screen TV with regular channels, USB and HDMI ports
    • Use input to navigate
  • LG DVD/Video player
    • To watch DVD: On the TV remote, select input (top right of the remote) then select AV


  • Ensuite with shower, vanity, toilet and under floor heating
  • The main bathroom has a spa bath, shower, vanity, toilet and underfloor heating

    • Standard operation: Turn the dial to select the cycle and press start

    • Standard operation: Use dial for desired dry time, toggle for warm/hot, close door and push in button to start

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double garage with remote and internal access and clearance of 2.2m
  • The garage height may not accommodate vehicles with a POD on top
  • Vehicles are under no circumstances allowed to be parked in front of garages. They need to be inside or parked on the street. Fines and wheel clamping may occur for non-compliance

Stairs to access

  • 2 external stairs from the garage to the entrance
  • 8 carpeted down to the kitchen/living/dining from the entrance
  • 8 carpeted from the entrance up to the 1st level
  • 8 carpeted from the 1st level to the 2nd level


  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata


  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata
