A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located in the garage near the roller door
Meter Box: Located to the right hand side of unit 10, beside the bins
Water Mains: Located between the front steps and the garage
Gas Bottles: Large gas bottle located behind the visitor parking to the left hand side of unit 1.
Gas Regulator: Located between front steps and garage door
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.
Heating and Hot Water
Heating
- Siemens wall heater in the living area
- Rinnai gas heater in living area
- To use: press the on/off button and you will hear the heater ignite, you should feel hot air blowing out of the bottom within 10 seconds
- Heated floors in the bathrooms
- Nobo wall mounted heaters in the bedrooms

- A gas hot water system is located on the right hand side of the property

- The main bathroom on the 2nd level has a spa bath, shower, vanity, toilet and underfloor heating
- Ensuite off the main bedroom on the 2nd level with a shower, vanity, toilet and underfloor heating
- Separate toilet off the laundry on the ground level

- Adjust temperature and spin if desired

- Standard operation: use dial for dry time and press start

Open deck off the living area with bush setting.
Small balcony off main bedroom with seating, mountain and town views.
Parking and Accessibility
Parking/Garage (boat/cars)
- Double tandem garage with remote and internal access
- Garage height clearance of 2.1m may not accommodate vehicles with a POD on top
- Vehicles are under no circumstances allowed to be parked in front of garages. They need to be inside or parked on the street. Fines and wheel clamping may occur for non-compliance
Stairs to access
- 2 external stairs from the garage to the front door
- 8 carpeted stairs from entry level to living area
- 8 carpeted stairs from living to bedrooms and bathrooms
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage
- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata
Recycling
- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
