A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Please note that this is a regional area and the services can be overloaded and slower during peak times.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located in the pantry on the right-hand side of the fridge.

Meter Box: Located on the right hand side of the property.

Water Mains: Located on left hand side of driveway elevated in garden. Can be seen clearly when walk down and the last bend.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

  • Reverse cycle air conditioners in the lounge room area, bedrooms 1 & 2
  • Ceiling fans and lights with remote control in bedrooms 1 & 2
  • Nobo heaters in all bedrooms
    • Bedroom 1 & 3 are wall mounted,
    • Bedroom 2 is portable
    • Use controls on top right to control temperature
  • Nobo wall mounted heater in the kitchen
    • Use controls on top right to control temperature
  • Small wall mounted electric heaters in bathrooms

Electric hot water located in the storeroom accessed via carport

  • Driveway is on incline and between rock retaining walls
  • Storage room located at rear of carport, lockable space for skis/bikes

Stairs to access

  • Access from carport is around the left of the building and up a set of stairs
  • 13 stairs from the living area to the upper level

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by strata

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
