A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located in the kitchen above the sink on the right.

Meter Box: Located in complex utility room under the house; access through door in the walkway from carpark.

Water Mains: Located on left hand side of driveway entrance in front of Misty Gables sign.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating

  • Underfloor heating in living area and bedrooms
    • The thermostat is on the left hand side wall of the lounge room
    • The Thermostat is located straight ahead in both bedrooms as you walk in
  • Electric heater in the dining area
    • Red light means the heater is off
    • Controls on right hand side of unit

Hot Water

  • An electric hot water system is located in the cupboard by the entrance

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • Standard operation: Use dials on the right hand side for temperature, timer and grill

    • Standard operation: Use dials on the left hand side for desired elements

    • Standard operation: Use switches on right hand side for light and exhaust fan
    • Ensure it is plugged in and on at the wall above rangehood

  • The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet
  • Additional toilet and shower are located in the laundry

Laundry

  • Simpson Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial for desired cycle
      • Select a water level
      • Select the water temperature
      • Press the start button
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn the dial to the preferred time, close door and start

  • Complex set off the road on battle-axe type driveway
  • 2 allocated off-street car spaces

Stairs to access

  • 6 external stairs to the front door from car park
  • 7 stairs from the kitchen to the lounge and bedroom level

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
