A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located under the stairs on the lower level.

Meter Box: Located on right hand wall of unit 1.

Water Mains: Located at rear of property on Townsend Street.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

  • An electric hot water system is located underneath the house

  • A separate toilet is off the bedroom upstairs

      • Adjust water temperature and water level if required

  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn the dial to the preferred drying time, close and press button in to start

  • 2 off-street parking spaces in carport

Stairs to access

  • 10 wooden stairs from the entrance to the upper level
  • 4 wooden stairs from the entrance down to the lower level

Garbage

  • Collection Friday mornings
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guests
  • Watch the neighbours for a recycling reminder

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
