A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Heating and Hot Water

- Use up and down buttons to set temperature
- Use left and right buttons to change the selections
- Underfloor heating in bathroom
Hot Water
- Electric hot water tank located outside on right hand side of property, the system heats the whole tank over a few hours so be mindful of long showers

Kitchen
The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as
- Smeg Kettle
- Turn on with ‘power’ button (left side of lever)
- There is a ‘chime’ option that will ring each time the kettle reaches the selected temperature. To turn off the ‘chime’ press and hold the ’thermometer’ button (right side of lever) for 5 seconds.
- To adjust the temperature push the lever left or right. Temperature options are on the kettle base, light indicates selected temperature.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
