A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box – located at the front of Unit 1 on the driveway side
Water Mains – located underneath the tree on the right-hand side of the driveway as you enter. A gas hot water unit is on the side of the house above the garage
Gas Bottles –
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

- To use: power for on, and turn the dial for temperature control
- Reverse Cycle air conditioning in the main bedroom and bedroom 2

- A gas hot water unit is on the side of the house above the garage

- To use: for TV, select input and go to Antenna

- To use: use the power button on the box, and use function to change to and from radio, USD, DVD, AUX, etc.

- The main bathroom upstairs has a shower, toilet, and a vanity
- The laundry has a separate shower and toilet

Outdoor
BBQ
- To use: turn the burner dial to the ignite position (the lightning bolt), press down the ignite button, and turn the dial as desired
The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may be present.
If you run out of gas during your stay, we can replace it during the day. If after hours we can reimburse you the cost of swapping it. Just email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process it.
