A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Water Mains – a hot water system is in the laundry upstairs by the parking space

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • The living room has a Honeywell wall heater
    • To use: the on/off switch is on the right-hand side of the unit. The control box is set by the owner
  • The dining room has a Rinnai wall heater
    • To use: the on/off switch is on the top right of the unit. Press the power button and use the up and down arrows for temperature control
  • Bedroom 1 has a pedestal fan
  • Bedroom 2 has a column heater and pedestal fan

Hot Water

  • A hot water system is located in the laundry room upstairs by the parking space

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Kettle

  • Slow Cooker
  • Espressotoria Capsule Coffee machine and Anko milk frother
    • Uses small pods

  • Bosch Dishwasher
    • To use: click in the mode button, select a mode and then press the on button
  • Oven / Hot Plates / Stove Top
    • 2 boost induction stovetop
      • To use: press and hold the lock symbol until the beep, press on and use the +/- buttons to adjust the temperature
      • The exhaust fan switch is on the backsplash wall

Television/DVD

  • TCL TV with regular channels
    • To use Apple TV: press the top left button on the TV remote for source and select HDMI1 and Apple TV sign-in
  • Panasonic Blu-ray player

Audio

  • Kenwood speaker system with iPod dock, USB and AUX ports

2 Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail, a wall heater, and toilet
  • The ensuite bathroom has. a shower, heated towel rail, wall heater, and toilet

Washing Machine 

  • Teco Washing Machine
    • To use: select the cycle, select a temperature and then press start

  • Simpson Dryer

BBQ

  • Yes

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may be present.

If you run out of gas during your stay, we can replace it during the day. If after hours we can reimburse you the cost of swapping it. Just email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process it.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 allocated car spaces – 1 carport and 1 off-street space

Stairs (to property and inside property)

  • 1 step from the carport to the top of the stairs
  • 20 stairs down to the front door
  • 1 step into the front door

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guests

Recycling collection

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guests
  • Watch the neighbours
