A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Water Mains: Located at front of property on left hand side of driveway at boundary

Gas Bottles: Located underneath Unit 2’s deck

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating in Unit 1

  • Electric heating throughout
    • All wall mounted and hard wired
    • Set on 4-hour timers
    • To turn heating on: press the button on the wall above the heater
  • Atlantic in dining & living room

Heating in Unit 2

      • Turn the dial to the cycle
      • Adjust water temperature if required
      • Turn the dial to the water level required
      • Press the start button

    • Standard operation: Use dial for time, toggle for warm/ hot – close door and press button in to start

Drying Area

  • There are drying rooms inside both garages and include:
    • Ventilation
    • Heating on timers
    • Seating, shelving and hanging space for clothes, skis and accessories
    • Waxing area for your skis and snowboards, waxing iron supplied

  • 10 stairs from main level to bedrooms 5 & 6 in Kestrels 1

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guest

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guest
  • Watch neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
