A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box: Located on the front wall of the house

Water Mains: Located at front of property on left hand side of driveway at boundary

Gas Bottles: Located underneath Unit 2’s deck

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating

  • Electric heating throughout
    • All wall mounted and hard wired
    • Set on 4-hour timers
    • To turn heating on: press the button on the wall above the heater
  • Atlantic in dining & living room
  • Nobo in bedrooms
  • Ceiling fans in living/ dining and all main level bedrooms
  • Pedestal fans in upper rooms

  • Gas instantaneous hot water located on rear wall in backyard

  • Changhong TV in living room with regular channels, USB and HDMI ports
    • Use source to navigate between regular channels DTV, HDMI and AV

    • To watch DVD: On the TV remote select source select AV
  • LG TV mounted on wall in bedroom 1 with HDMI and regular channels
    • Use input to navigate

  • The main bathroom has a separate bath and shower, toilet and vanity
    • Is walk through to laundry
  • The 2nd bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity
  • The 3rd bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity

Laundry

  • Simpson Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to the selected cycle
      • Adjust water level and water temperature, if required
      • Press the start button
  • Hoover Dryer
    • Standard operation: Use dial to select dry time, close door and press button in to start

Drying Area

  • Large ventilated drying room with electric heating in the garage
  • Waxing area for your skis & snowboards in the front of the garage, waxing iron supplied

Large front balcony with mountain, lake and town views. Shared grassy backyard.

Please note the stairs are shared with unit 2 for their access but they have own private balcony.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Tandem double garage 2m height clearance, 2.3m height clearance under deck
  • Not suitable for off-street boat parking
  • Please only park in garage and directly outside garage as unit 1 can be booked separately and parking in driveway will block their access

Stairs to access

  • 12 stairs from garage to entrance
  • 10 stairs from main level to bedrooms 5 & 6

Garbage

  • Bins are located at the bottom of the driveway
  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guests

Recycling

  • Bins are located at the bottom of the driveway
  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guests
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
