A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box: Located at the front of the house on the left-hand

Water Mains:

Gas Bottles : Located on the left-hand side of the house behind the gates

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Double fireplace in the formal lounge and living areas.
    • Firewood not included, it may be purchased at Jindabyne Sand & Gravel for approx. $1 a piece. 2-6 Crawford St, Jindabyne, or phone: 6456 2387. Alternatively, the petrol stations in town often stock firewood
  • Ducted Air Conditioner
    • To use:
      • The main control is in the kitchen on the all next to the pantry
      • Touch the screen to power it on
      • At least one zone must be turned on for the power button to work
      • You can also control each room within and turn on/off at the button next to the light switch in each room.
    • Temperature is locked, if you need it adjusted, please call us on 02 6456 2216
  • Ceiling fan in the main bedroom

Hot Water

A Rhanni hot water system is located on the left-hand side of the house behind the gates.

Please note that the hot water in the kitchen sink may take a few minutes to heat

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • To use:
      • Press power
      • Turn dial to desired cycle

  • Blanco 5 Burner Gas Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Hold dial in for desired element to ignite and turn for heat control
  • Blanco Gas Oven
    • To use:
      • Turn dial for function
      • Turn dial for temperature

Television/DVD

  • The formal lounge has a Telstra TV box
    • Turn on the TV with the TV remote, and select source for HDMI
    • Use the Telstra TV remote to access Netflix
  • The living room has a Smart TV
    • Press power, press the Netflix/apps button to watch Netflix
    • Exit button to return to TV
  • The main bedroom has a TV with local TV channels

Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom has a separate bath, shower, toilet and a vanity
  • The ensuite has a shower, toilet, and a vanity

Laundry 

  • Fisher & Paykel Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Turn the dial to the cycle
      • Select the temperature and spin to adjust if required
      • Press start
  • Fisher & Paykel Dryer
    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Select the desired dryness level cycle
      • Press play

  • There are drying racks for skis in the garage

Alfresco dining and lounge area with bi-fold doors lead out into a grassy fully fenced back yard with BBQ.

  • Weber BBQ is located outside and chained to the fence. Standard operation

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Space for a boat in the driveway

Stairs to access

  • 1 step outside to the front door

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guest

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
