A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box.

Meter Box: Located on the right-hand side of the house.

Water Mains: Located beside the mailbox.

Gas Bottles: Located on the right-hand side of house.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Regency Gas fire in the living area
    • Detailed instructions when you open bottom flap
    • To use:
      • The remote (black) is located on the wall outside the walk in panty
      • Press ON and the heater will ignite in 20 seconds
      • The pilot will light
      • Wait another 20 seconds for the heater to fully light
      • Do not continue to press the button, just wait until you see the flames
  • Reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area
    • The remote (white) is located on the wall outside the walk in pantry
  • Reverse cycle air conditioner in the second living area

Hot Water

  • A gas hot water system is located on the right-hand side of the house

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Veneto Dishwasher
    • To use: select the on/off button, select the program, and then press the start button
  • Bellissimo Oven
    • To use:
      • Ensure that the middle button on the power point switch is ON
      • Turn dials to select function, temperature and timer
  • Belissimo Gas 4 Burner Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Press down and turn to ignite and set to the temperature on desired element

Television/DVD

  • Smart TV with regular channels and apps with access to Netflix
    • Use source button to change to HDMI setting or back to regular channels
    • The TV has Netflix with an account set up specifically for the property, please contact the office if the account logs out

Bathrooms

  • The master bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, shower, and 2 separate toilets.
  • The ensuite off the main bedroom at the front of the house with a shower and a toilet

Laundry

  • Simpson Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press on button
      • Use P button to select program
      • Press start
      • Hold down ON button to turn off
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: turn dial for drying time, toggle for hot /warm, close door and press in button to start

Drying Area

  • Large drying room with racks, shelving and plenty of space for storage
  • Heater which can be turned on by using the switch on the right side

Large backyard, entertaining area, seating and BBQ in a fully fenced yard

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double garage with remote and internal access and height clearance 2.1m
  • 2 off-street parking spots
  • Room for boat in driveway

Stairs to access

  • No stairs

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guest

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
