A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located on the back wall of the garage.

Meter Box: Located at the front of the property, in the mailbox enclosure.

Water Mains: Located directly in front of the garage.

Gas Bottles: Gas meter located at the front face of the property, access through back courtyard.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Amenities

Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Breville Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine
    • To use:
      • Fill the water container and place it on its arm
      • Turn the machine on by opening the slider or touching the controls
      • When lights go steady it is ready
      • Place the container under the coffee outlet and press the desired control to select the coffee
      • Insert the capsule and then close the slider for the machine to start
  • Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Electric fry pan

Appliances

  • SMEG Gas Stove Top
    • Standard operation: push and hold the dial in for desired element to ignite, turn to adjust flame
  • SMEG Oven
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to set the function
      • Turn the dial to select the timer
      • The timer needs to be on for the oven to work
  • Dishlex Dishwasher
    • Standard operation: Turn dial for desired cycle and press start

Television/DVD

  • TCL Smart TV with regular channels, Apps and HDMI ports
    • Use home or menu button to navigate through apps, regular TV or HDMI
  • Yamaha Sound Bar with remote – connect through TV or via Bluetooth

  • The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, a toilet and a vanity
  • The main bedroom ensuite has a shower, toilet and a vanity
  • The second bedroom ensuite has a shower, toilet and vanity

    • To use:
      • Push the power button
      • Push button to select the cycle
      • Push button to adjust temperature, water level or spin if required
      • Push start

    • Standard operation: turn the dial to the program and time and close the door to start

  • Located off garage is ski/bike storage room
  • Williams Boot Dryer
    • On timer between 5am-9am and 4pm-9pm
  • Workbench for ski and bike tuning
  • Bike tire pump

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double garage with remote and internal access and 2.2m clearance

Stairs to access

  • 17 internal stairs from garage and entry level to main living area

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by strata

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
