A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating

  • Wall mounted hard wired heaters in two bedrooms and bathroom
    • Heat control to the right hand side of sliding door from kitchen for the bathroom and bedroom heater
    • Can be switched off individually at each wall
  • Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning in the living
  • Pull string wall mounted heater in kitchen
  • Ceiling fan in living
    • Switch by back door off the dining room
  • Wall mounted fan in bedroom 1 with pull string to start

Hot Water

An electric hot water system is located in the loft area in a locked cupboard

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Electric Chef Oven, Grill and Stove Top
    • Oven: Use oven dial to adjust temperature, use dial for timer is desired
    • Grill: Use grill dial for high, medium or low and timer if desired
      • Note please leave grill door open while operating
    • Stove: Use dials for desired element

Television/DVD

  • Blaupunkt Smart TV in living with regular channels, streaming apps, HDMI and Av ports.
    • Use input button to navigate

Audio

  • Panasonic sound system – connect via USB, Bluetooth or CD’s

Bathroom

  • The bathroom is combined with the laundry and has a shower, vanity
  • Separate toilet

Laundry

  • Simpson Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to select cycle
      • Use buttons to set the water level and temperature, soak time & rinse option
      • Press start
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Use dial to select dry time, use toggle for warm/ hot, close door and push button in to start

Open back yard that has direct access to the lake with views of the dam wall and surrounding mountains

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Tandem carparking
    • Front space is undercover with 2m height clearance
    • Rear space is open

Stairs for access

  • No stairs to the front door
  • 6 stairs down to the living area
  • 9 stairs up to the loft bedroom area

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by the guest

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by the guest
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
