- The heater is on a timer operated by Horizons Resort and turns off between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Guests are to phone Accommodation Jindabyne on 02 6456 2562 if they need heating turned on during these hours.

Guests staying at Horizons have access to use the indoor pool and tennis court. Please note you will need your common door keys to access these areas.

- 2.1m height restriction to undercover parking
- Visitor parking is available opposite the reception and opposite Building 4, however, this is very limited during busy periods
- Guests of Horizons have access to the Tesla Charging Bays for a fee. Please see reception to book and for access.

- No stairs inside the apartment
- 7 carpeted stairs down to the front door

- Skip bins and recycling bins are provided for the Horizons complex – located between blocks 3 and 4
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
