A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Heating

  • Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom – with remote controls.
    • The reverse cycle air conditioning is on a timer operated by Horizons Resort and turns off between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Guests are to phone 6456 2562 if they need the reverse cycle air conditioning turned on during these hours
  • Electric oil heater (hardwired) in bedroom 2

  • 55″ Smart TV with regular channels and streaming services in loungeroom
  • USB charging port in living room with 6 USB slots
  • JVC TV in main bedroom with regular channels, HDMI and USB ports. Use OK button on remote to find tv guide

2 Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom on the split level is combined with the laundry and has a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity with a hairdryer
  • The ensuite off the master bedroom has a shower over the spa bath, toilet and vanity with hairdryer

Laundry

  • Hoover Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Dials on the left  to select water level and temperature.
      • Use large dial on the right to select cycle
      • Pull out cycle dial to start
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Spin dial to select desired dry time, use toggle for hot or warm

2 Balconies – 1 off living and 1 of main bedroom. Both have table and chairs and have park and lake views.

BBQ on lower balcony

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Pool & Tennis Court

Guests staying at Horizons have access to use the indoor pool and tennis court. Please note you will need your common door keys to access these areas.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • This property has 2 allocated tandem car spaces with a bollard that can be locked and unlocked with a key on your guest keys – please see arrival map or below for location
  • Height clearance 2.1m
  • Visitor parking is available opposite the reception and opposite Building 4, however, this is very limited during busy periods
  • Guests of Horizons have access to the Tesla Charging Bays for a fee. Please see reception to book and for access.

Stairs to access

  • 7 carpeted stairs up to the front door
  • 6 carpeted stairs from the living/kitchen areas to bedroom 2 and bathroom
  • 9 carpeted stairs from bedroom 2/ bathroom level up to the master bedroom
  • 6 carpeted stairs from the master bedroom to the master ensuite

Garbage and recycling collection

  • Skip bins and recycle bins provided for the Horizons complex – located between blocks 3 and 4

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
