Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner with remote in the living room
    • It runs on a timer operated by Horizons Resort and turns off between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
    • Guests are to phone Accommodation Jindabyne on 02 6456 2562 if they need heating turned on during these hours.
  • A portable electric heater and fan are stored in the bathroom

    • With regular channels, USB & HDMI ports

    • To use: ensure turned on at power source and turn on the DVD box and change the TV source to AV

  • Main bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, vanity and a hair dryer

    • To use:
      • Use the dials on the left hand side for water level and temperature
      • Use dial on the right to select cycle
      • Pull button out to start
    • Please turn water taps OFF when not in use

    • Standard operat5ion: turn the dial to desired dry time on hot or warm setting, close the door and push button in to start

Drying Room

  • A small drying room is located in the bathroom
  • Small heater and hanging rail to help dry ski gear

  • 1 undercover assigned parking spot – please see arrival map or below for location
  • 2.1m height restriction to undercover parking
  • Visitor parking is available opposite the reception and opposite Building 4, however, this is very limited during busy periods

Stairs to access

  • No stairs inside the apartment
  • 21 carpeted steps from the car park, down to the apartment’s front door

Garbage and Recycling collection

  • Skip bins and recycling bins are provided for the Horizons complex – located between blocks 3 and 4

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
