A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Water Mains: Located in carport in back right hand corner near ski locker

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

    • To use:
      • Turn left dials to adjust water level and fill temperature
      • Turn right dial for the cycle
      • Pull out cycle dial to start
  • Hoover Dryer
    • Standard operation: turn dial for drying time and close door to start

Small ski locker in carport.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double carport with height clearance of 2.6m
  • No parking in the neighbours spaces or common areas, and please ensure that your car does not obstruct access to the other apartments in the complex

Stairs to access

  • 1 external stir to enter the property
  • 3 external stairs from the deck down to the yard

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guests

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
