A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located in the kitchen, on the wall next to the fridge

Meter Box: Located externally on the left hand side of the property

Water Mains: Located on the right hand side of the property, near the bins

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating

  • Wood fire place in living area
    • Wood not supplied but can be purchased from Service Stations, Mitre 10 or Woolworths
  • Air conditioner located at entry
  • Stiebel Eltron wall mounted electric heaters in living area
  • Siemens wall mounted electric heaters in bedrooms

Hot water 

An electric hot water system is located underneath the house. Access to the system requires a key to the door on the lock on the side of the house that faces the lake

    • To use:
      • Use dials to operate temperature and timer
      • Timer does not have to be on to begin heating

  • TCL Smart TV with regular channels, streaming apps, HDMI & usb ports
    • Use home or source button to navigate
  • Sharp DVD Player
    • To watch DVD: On the TV Remote press Input, then select AV

  • Two ensuite bathrooms, both with a shower, a toilet and a vanity
  • Main bedroom ensuite is shared with laundry

Laundry

  • Hoover Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to select cycle
      • Use dial to select wash temperature
      • Use dial to set water level
      • Pull dial out cycle dial to start
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn dial for desired dry time, toggle for warm or hot, close the door and press button in handle to start

  • Two uncovered, off street parking spaces
  • Not suitable for boat parking

Stairs to access

  • 5 steps to the front door

Garbage: 

  • Collection Friday morning.
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata.

Recycling:

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning.
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata.
  • Watch the neighbours for reference.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
