A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located in the pantry kitchen.
Meter Box: Located to the right of unit 3 roller door and is main switch panel for all units.
Water Mains: Located in between front door and garage door.
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Bathroom and Laundry

- The main bathroom on the middle level has a vanity, toilet, shower and bath.
- Main bedroom ensuite has vanity, toilet, shower and spa bath

- Simpson Top Loader Washing Machine

- Operate by pressing the power button
- Selecting the temperature, the water level, and spin speed
- Press start

- Standard operation: Turn dial for drying time and toggle for warm/hot. Close door and press in button to start
Drying Area
There is a drying cupboard in the laundry with hanging space and a heater.
Outdoor
Balconies off living area and the main bedroom with lake, mountain and town views. Rear courtyard off bedroom 2 and 3 with clothes line.
Parking and Accessibility
Parking/Garage (boat/cars)
- 2 car garage underneath the house with internal access with 2.4m clearance
- Space for another car outside, please do not block other units access in common area
Stairs to access
- 29 steps total across three levels
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage bins
- Located in bin enclosure at driveway entrance
- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata
Recycling
- Located in bin enclosure at driveway entrance
- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
