Additional Info

Water Tank

Frost Creek Lodge is not on town water and relies on the water tank in the backyard for its supply. The tank needs water pumps to supply the water to the house.

If you are experiencing any issues with your water supply, first check that the pumps are operating by:

  1. Checking the equipment in the hatch at the water tank (please be careful of spiders and snakes )
  2. The pump is located inside. Check whether the pump has power by checking the display. It’s on the right-hand side of the pump
  3. Check that the “power on” light is lit. If it’s dark, check the fuse box on the light pole on the left-hand side of the house
  4. Once you’ve confirmed that power is on, rest the pump using the orange button.

This should fix 90% of problems, however, if you’re still experiencing issues, please call us at 6456 2216
