A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located in the cupboard above the sink – underfloor heating control box located here ** check with owners on timer??

Meter Box: Located on the right hand side of property

Water Mains: Located at the front left hand side of property near gas bottle

Gas Bottles: One large tank located at the front of the property

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Rinnai Gas Heater in the lounge
    • Use the remote to operate:
      • Press power button and you should hear a clicking noise and a whoosh
      • Flames will ignite in 15-30 seconds
      • Start with the fan OFF, wait for gas to ignite
      • Use +/- buttons for flame size and fan speed once ignited.
  • Underfloor heating throughout
    • Controls are located at the front door and near both of the bathroom doors.
    • Use switch to turn on/ off and dial to control temperature 0 cold – 6 hot
    • Please do not leave during day

Hot Water 

  • Gas hot water system located in poolside balcony

    • Use dial on left hand side to select mode, use dial on right hand side to select temperature
    • Timer can be set by using middle buttons with display screen

    • Standard operation: select desired hot plate, press and hold down the dial and turn to low/ high, the gas will self-ignite
  • Blanco Dishwasher
    • To use:
      • Press on/off button
      • Use the program button to select cycle
      • Press start

Television/DVD

  • Hisense TV with regular channels, HDMI and USB ports.
    • Use source button to move between DTV/HDMI
  • Samsung DVD Player
    • To watch DVD: On the TV remote, press source, then select AV2
    • Limited DVD’s provided

Audio

  • TDK iPod Dock in living area with remote. Can connect to radio or AUX
  • Bose speaker in bedrooms – can connect via Bluetooth or AUX

Bathrooms

  • 2 ensuites
    • The queen room ensuite has a vanity, toilet and shower over the bath
    • The singles room ensuite has a vanity, toilet and shower
    • Both ensuites have underfloor heating
  • Separate toilet in the laundry

Laundry

  • Fisher & Paykel Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press on/off
      • Turn the dial to select cycle
      • Press start
  • Fisher & Paykel Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn dial clockwise to desired dry time and close door to start
      • Grey is regular and recommended for durable fabrics
      • Blue is delicate recommended for synthetics

An external drying room is located off the car park, the key is located on the ski pole on the entrance table. It offers hanging space, shelves and a heater.

Wrap around outdoor terrace with park bench seating, views of the park, lake and mountains

Please note pool area is not included and cannot be accessed.

    • Left hand parking space height clearance 2.1 m

  • 29 stairs to the front door

Garbage bins

  • Located in bin enclosure at driveway entrance
  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling 

  • Located in bin enclosure at driveway entrance
  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.

Search
