A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located inside the kitchen cupboard above the fridge
Meter Box: Located to the right hand side of the building
Water Mains: Located at the front of the property on the left hand side by the gas bottle
Gas Bottles: 1 Large gas bottle located at the front of the property
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.
Heating and Hot Water
Heating
- Inverter air conditioning unit in living room
- To use:
- Use remote to turn on/ off
- Slide flap to open additional settings and to select mode
- Sun for heat / snowflake for cool / fan for fan.
- Press fan button at the top to control fan speed
- Use up and down buttons for temperature
- To use:
- Skope Consort wall heater in the loungeroom
- Right hand side of unit has on/ off buttons
- Use dial for heat settings * is off 4 is hot
- Underfloor heating in bathrooms
- The control for the main bathroom is located on the wall in the hallway, near the main bathroom, ensuite to the left hand side before you walk into bathroom.
- Flick switch to turn on and use dial to control temperature by degrees, 10* – 50*
- Please do not leave on above 25 degree
- Electric heater in bedroom 2

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

- To use:
- Press the power button
- Select button for desired cycle – heavy – normal – normal eco – fast – rinse
- Will start when cycle is selected

- Standard operation: Turn dial on left hand side for temperature, dial on the right for function
- Timer can be set with buttons in the middle with the display screen
- Fisher & Paykel Glass Stove Top
- Ensure the switch in the middle of kitchen that says ‘cook top’ is switched on then use the dials to select desired element.
- Pans do not have to be on elements for the stovetop to heat up
TV and Audio

- Hisense Smart TV with regular channels USB and HDMI ports available
- Use input button to switch between TV, HMDI, AV or ‘anytime cast’ to cast from your phone
- LG DVD player
- To watch DVD: On the TV remote press input (top right), then select AV

- The ensuite bathroom has a vanity, shower and a toilet

- Press program button/ water level /water temperature buttons to change as required
- Press start

- Standard operation: Turn dial clockwise to desired dry time and close door to start
- Grey is regular and recommended for durable fabrics
- Blue is delicate recommended for synthetics

Drying Area
An external drying room is located off the car park, the key is located on your guest keys. It offers hanging space, shelves and a heater.
Outdoor
Balcony overlooking parklands towards lake has seating and BBQ
The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.
If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

- Located in bin enclosure at driveway entrance
- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
