The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

• Bosch Dishwasher
  • Standard operation: press on button, use dial to select cycle, press start button
• Bosch Induction Cooktop
  • To use:
    • The power switch for the cooktop is located to the right of the stovetop.
    • Hold and press the key and hand lock button to lock/ unlock
    • Press power button
    • Select the burner you want to use from the 4 circles that pop up
    • Select the heat level 1-9, press boost to put heat to max
    • Cookware must be on element for it to heat
    • Optional timer controllers are on the left, Use the numbers to set the timing
• Bosch Oven
  • To use:
    • Use the dials to select the oven function and the temperature,
    • Use buttons in middle for timer
    • timer does not have to be on to heat
    • Switch does not have to be on to heat

Television/DVD

• Wall mounted Samsung smart TV With regular channels, streaming apps and HDMI port
  • Use source to navigate between TV, apps, HDMI
  • All sound goes through the sound bar which needs to be turned on
• Bedroom 1: Wall mounted sharp TV with regular channels and HDMI ports.
  • Use input button to navigate

Audio

• Yamaha sound bar with Bluetooth connectivity for playing music
• Connected via HDMI to the TV and needs to be on for TV sound

Bathrooms

• The main bathroom located on the middle level has a bath, toilet, vanity, separate shower and under floor heating
• The master bedroom on the top floor has an ensuite bathroom which includes a shower, vanity and toilet and underfloor heating

Laundry 

• Samsung Top Loader Washing Machine
  • To use:
    • Press power button
    • Use the buttons to select the washing cycle,
    • Adjust water level and temperature if required
    • Press start/pause to begin the cycle

• Simpson Dryer
  • Standard operation: Use dial to select dry cycle, close the door and press start

Drying Area

• A drying room is located off the entrance with hanging space, boot/ helmet racks, column heaters and exhaust fan

Front balcony off the living room with seating and town views.

Small backyard with clothes line and grass area out the back off the dining room.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

• Double lock up garage with internal access
  • Room for 1 car in garage
  • Pool table in other parking spot

Stairs to access

• The property has 17 stairs from the internal access of garage to main level and external ground driveway to the entry
• There are 16 stairs from the mid-level up to the master bedroom on the top floor

Garbage bins

• Located in bin enclosure at driveway entrance
• Collection Friday morning
• Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling 

• Located in bin enclosure at driveway entrance
• Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
• Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
