A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located behind the front entry door when you enter.

Meter Box: Located on front right hand wall of building on ground floor.

Water Mains: Located at front of property in garden on the left hand side. Control valves also located outside unit 3, to the left when you come down the stairs on the rock wall.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

    • The remote is located on the wall to the left of the unit

    • Wood is not supplied
    • Can be purchased at Woolworths or service stations
  • Column heaters in bedrooms
  • Mounted heaters in all bathrooms

Two electric hot water systems are located on the right-hand side of the front veranda



The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Braun coffee pot (American style drip coffee machine with heat pad for keeping warm)

    • Standard operation: Use dial to select cycle, press start
  • Simpson Thermoflow Oven
    • Standard operation: Turn the oven dial to set temperature, timer does not need to be on to heat
    • Grill: slide out grill drawer and use grill dial to control temperature
  • Simpson Thermoflow Stove Top
    • Standard operation: turn desired dials to heat element


  • TCL smart TV with regular channels, USB and HDMI ports
    • Use home button to navigate between apps, regular TV and inputs
  • Samsung DVD Player
    • To watch DVD: use the home button to navigate to AV



  • Each of the 4 bedrooms have private ensuites, all with their own toilet, vanity and shower


  • Haier Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press power button
      • Use dial to select cycle
      • Adjust water temperature, water level and spin speed if required
      • Press start

    • To use:
      • Press power button
      • Use program button to select cycle  and timer
      • Press start

Drying Area

The large laundry doubles as a drying area with a heater, hanging space and rack/seat.

Uncovered patio with lake views, park bench seating and BBQ. Direct access to the lake is via stairs

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 off-street parking spaces with no height limit

Stairs to access

  • 21 concrete stairs down to the front door
  • 4 carpeted stairs to the living/kitchen/dining level


  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata


  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
