A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located outside on the wall in the shared entrance.

Meter Box: Located outside downstairs on left hand side wall of unit 3.

Water Mains: Located at front of property in garden on the left hand side. Control valves also located outside unit 3, to the left when you come down the stairs on the rock wall.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Reverse cycle located in the kitchen
  • Wall mounted Nobo heaters in bedrooms
  • Wood fireplace in lounge area
    • Wood supplied and is located in box on roadside veranda
    • If you notice this is getting low, please contact your host

An electric hot water system located in the wardrobe of bedroom 1

    • To use:
      • Press on/off
      • Press the arrow buttons to navigate cycle
      • Press the start button
  • Electrolux Oven
    • To use:
      • Press the on/off button
      • Continue to press the function button until you arrive at the function needed and oven will begin heating
      • Fast heat to speed up
      • Press clock button until you see a timer bell, use +/- buttons to set timer
      • Timer does not have to be on to heat
  • Omega Glass Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Use desired dials for instant heat
  • Oven and stovetop are plugged in under the corner cupboard to the right of oven

Television/DVD

  • LG smart TV with regulsr channels, USB and HDMI
    • Use home button and  point and click remote to navigate HDMI, AVI, TV
    • To use Fetch Box, navigate to HDMI 1
  • TEAC DVD
    • To watch DVD, navigate to AV

Bathroom

  • The bathroom has a shower with a heated towel rail, underfloor heating, vanity
  • Toilet is separate and combined with laundry

Laundry

  • Samsung Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Press the water level button to select
      • Press the program button to select cycle
      • Press the start
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: use dial for timer, toggle for warm/ hot, close door and push button in to start

A balcony with seating, lake views and BBQ

  • A BBQ is located on the balcony with seating and lake views

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 off-street parking spaces with no height restrictions

Stairs to access

  • 14 concrete stairs down from carpark and then 8 stairs up to the front door
  • 4 stairs down to the sunken living/kitchen/dining

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
