A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

- Hisense smart TV with regular channels and smart apps
- Please remember to sign out of streaming services from your device
- If the remote does not turn the TV on, please press the manual on button in the centre of the bottom of the TV, the remote will then work correctly.

- To watch DVD: select source (top right of the remote), then select AV DVD

- To use: power on the remote, press CD, insert CD, press CD on the remote to close

- Turn dial to desired cycle
- Adjust water level, temp , rinse and spin if required

- Standard operation: Turn dial for drying time, close door and press in button
Drying Area
- Ski rack and mat located just inside the front door to dry your skis and boots
- Clothes rack in nook just past the laundry hang your wet clothes
- Electric heater located in this area to assist in drying clothes

- 1 allocated undercover car space located up the driveway with 2.7m clearance

- 6 stairs to the front door from car park
Garbage and Recycling

- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata
Recycling
- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
