A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Network Name: Charvel

Wi-Fi is available to guests. Click on the network and it will take you to a browser and give you a number to text your name and unit number to, you will then be provided with the password to the Wi-Fi

Please note that this is a regional area and the services can be overloaded and slower during peak times.

Utilities

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box

Meter Box: Located on the right-hand side of the block when facing the property near the bins

Water Mains: Located on the right hand side of unit one along driveway

Gas Bottles: N/A

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

    • Firewood provided and located outside back door
    • Underfloor heating throughout the property.
      • Dials are located  upon entry in the lounge room, outside bathroom entry, bedroom one
      • To use: Press the button to turn it on, and turn the dial to adjust the heat

Electric hot water system located in the laundry

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • Standard operation: use dials to select temperature, and timer

    • Standard operation: Press on button, use P to select cycle, press start

  • TEAC stereo with 2 speakers on top of the DVD player in the lounge room

    • Remote control for light, heat lamp and fan

Laundry

  • Simpson Washing Machine
    • Standard operation: Turn the dials to select the wash temperature, water level and cycle, and pull out dial to start
  • Hoover Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn dial for dry time, for hot or warm, close door and press button in handle to start

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 1 off-street parking spot

Stairs to access

  • 1 external step to the front door
  • 5 external stairs out back of laundry to collect firewood

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling collection

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
