A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Network Name: Charvel

Wi-Fi is available to guests. Click on the network and it will take you to a browser and give you a number to text your name and unit number to, you will then be provided with the password to the Wi-Fi

Please note that this is a regional area and the services can be overloaded and slower during peak times.

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box

Meter Box: Located on the right-hand side of the block when facing the property near the bins

Water Mains: Located on the right hand side of unit one along driveway

Gas Bottles: N/A

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Underfloor heating throughout the property
    • To use:
      • Dials are located behind the TV, on the hallway’s wall, and in the main bedroom
      • Press the button to turn it on
      • Turn the dial to adjust the heat

Hot water

Electric hot water system is located in backyard. This is not accessible by guests.

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Mezzo Washing Machine
    • Standard operation: use dials to select cycle, water level and temperature, select wash choice and washer should begin automatically

    • Standard operation: use dial to select temperature and dry time, shut door and press button on handle to start

  • 1 external step to the front door

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling collection

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
