A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box: Located on the left-hand side of the house near the front corner

Gas Bottles: NA

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Electric heaters are located in the following rooms: main bedroom, bedroom 2, loungeroom, downstairs living, and downstairs bedroom.
    • To use: turn the dial from off to on and turn the second dial for temperature from the range 1-9
  • Fireplace in the loungeroom
    • Please note that no firewood is provided, you can purchase wood at Mitre 10, Woolworths or the Service Stations

Hot Water

  • A hot water system is located in the attic, access via the main bedroom
  • A second hot water system is in the laundry

    • To use: select DTT on the remote for TV

Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, a toilet, and a vanity
  • The ensuite off the main bedroom has a shower over a half-size bath, toilet, and vanity

Laundry

  • Fisher & Paykel Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Power on
      • Press  >> (double arrows) to select the cycle
      • Press start
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn dials for drying time and close door to start

Fully fenced yard with grassy backyard, BBQ on balcony off living area.

  • 2 burner BBQ on the veranda
    • To use: turn on the gas bottle, push in the burner dial and listen for gas, turn and listen for ignite click

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double undercover carport plus plenty of driveway space for a boat or additional cars.
    • Max 3 vehicles for unit 1 and 1 vehicle for unit 2
  • If you are only occupying one of the houses, please do not infringe on the parking for the occupants of unit 2.
  • Plenty of on-street parking.

Stairs (to property and inside property)

  • 8 external stairs up to the main door
  • 15 stairs from the ground level to the main level
  • 14 stairs from the main bedroom up to the attic
  • 10 stairs from the lounge room to the loft in the lounge

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guest

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
