A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located on the wall located in the upstairs laundry

Meter Box: Located on front left hand side of property on wall

Water Main: Located front right of property along driveway

Gas Bottles : Located on the right wall outside when looking at entrance door / from the street back of property block

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Wood fireplace in the lounge
    • Wood is supplied and located in the garage
    • Please call 02 6456 2216 if you notice the stock getting low
  • Rinnai Gas Heater in the lounge/dining room
    • To use:
      • Press on button on top right of heater
      • Use arrows up and down to select temperature
  • Electric column heaters in all of the bedrooms

Hot Water

Separate electric hot water tanks for upstairs and downstairs are located in the dry room in the garage

The main kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as:

  • Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Dolce Gusto Coffee Pod Machine
    • Pods are able to be purchased from Woolworths
  • Sandwich press
  • Electric frypan
  • Spare fridge/freezer in the garage

Appliances

  • Chef Gas Oven and separate Grill
    • To use grill and oven, open flap above grill and press fan/on switch on right hand side
    • Use top dial for grill and bottom dial for oven temperature
  • Chef 4 burner Gas Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Use dials to operate gas, requires lighter to ignite
  • Everdure Dishwasher
    • To use:
      • Press on button
      • Use P to select cycle
      • Press start

 

The downstairs kitchenette has a kettle and toaster

Television/DVD

  • Wall mounted Bauhn TV in the loungeroom with remote control
    • Regular channels, HDMI and USB ports available
    • To turn on, press power button on remote
    • Use source to navigate to DTV, AV, and HDMI
  • Laser DVD player
    • To watch a DVD: select the source on the TV remote and change to HDMI 4

Bathrooms

  • The upstairs bathroom is a three way bathroom with direct access into the main bedroom from bath and shower. It has a shower, a corner spa bath, and a separate toilet and separate vanity/ wash up area
  • Second toilet in the upstairs laundry
  • The downstairs bedroom has ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity

Laundry

Main laundry has:

  • Beko Washing Machine
    • Standard operation: Turn dial to cycle and press start
  • Fisher & Paykel Dryer
    • Standard operation: Press power button, select temperature and dryness level, press start
  • Additional Simpson dryer downstairs is NOT operational

Drying Area

A drying room is located in the garage and includes:

  • Hanging space
  • Shelves
  • Rooms for skis and snow boards
  • Electric heater

Balcony off living area with lake and town views

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double garage with internal access and 2.1m height clearance
  • Additional off-street parking for 2 more vehicles
  • Garage has ping pong table for guest use

Stairs (to property and inside property)

  • 15 carpeted stairs from the entry door to the upstairs level

Garbage

  • Bins are located at the bottom of the driveway
  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guests

Recycling

  • Bins are located at the bottom of the driveway
  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guests
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
