A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located in the drying room on the entry-level. Additional hot water and heater isolation switch also located here.

Meter Box: Located in complex control cupboard on lower level.

Water Mains: Located on right hand side of driveway behind mailboxes.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Nobo Electric hard wired heater mounted on wall living room
    • Red light must be OFF for heater to be ON
    • Use controls on the top right to turn on and use dial for temperature
  • Nobo Electric hard wired heater mounted on wall in main bedroom
    • Controls on top right switch
    • Needs to be switched on at wall
  • Column heater and pedestal fan in bedroom
  • Tower fan in living with remote
    • Use remote or buttons on top of fan to operate, power button, oscillate and speed

Isolation switch for heating is located in the dry room

Hot water

Electric hot water system is located in the storage/dry room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Electric fry pan
  • Jaffle maker
  • Kfee coffee machine- small fat pods

Appliances

  • Electric Westinghouse Oven and Stove Top
    • Standard operation for oven: Dial for grill, dial for oven function and dial for timer
    • Standard operation  for stove: Turn dial for desired element

Television/DVD

  • Soniq TV in the living area with regular channels available
    • To use:
      • TV will start on Cinna Vision main page
      • Use the arrow buttons to move to the right to select TV for full screen tv mode
      • Use source and select DTV / HDMI / AV
  • Samsung Blu-ray player
    • To watch DVD: On the TV remote, press source, then select HDMI1
  • Vivid TV in the main bedroom with regular channels and HDMI ports (remotes do not work)
  • Laser DVD player in main bedroom, source needs to be AV1

Audio

Sony radio in living with built in CD player

Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom which is combined with the laundry has a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity
  • The ensuite has a shower over a spa bath, toilet and vanity
    • Heat light in ensuite needs to be switched on at the wall and use controls on the unit to operate

Laundry 

  • Combined with main bathroom
  • Westinghouse Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press power button to turn on
      • Turn dial to desired cycle
      • Adjust water level, temperature, rinse and spin if required
      • Press start
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn dial for timer, toggle for heat, close door and press button in

 

  • A drying room is located on your right as you approach the front door before you go up the stairs
  • Keys are on the guest keys

Two balconies, one off main bedroom one off living area. Seating and views on both balconies.

BBQ  on main living balcony

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 allocated tandem undercover parking spaces 2.1m

Stairs to access

  • 9 stairs from entry to the front door
  • 6 stairs to the middle level
  • 10 stairs to the top floor bedroom
  • 5 stairs to the ensuite bathroom

Garbage

  • Red Bins are located at the bottom of the driveway
  • To be taken out by strata

Recycling 

  • Yellow Bins are located at the bottom of the driveway
  • To be taken out by strata

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
